Due to the large amount of e-mail I receive, I've created this page to try to answer your questions before you send an e-mail. I greatly appreciate all the letter comes from you, please continue to send them but may be easier for you to find an aswer here in my WEB pages than mail me. If you ask a question covered in one of my FAQs, or if I have a specific page dedicated to the question, I will ignore your e-mail.

If your question is related one of my product (ex. MiniTuner) at first try to read README.TXT file, which comes with the installation package. Please also check the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) pages before you ask something.
